Canopy Walkway University of British Columbia Botanical Gardens Vancouver (2008)

Located within the UBC Botanical Garden, this family-friendly adventure offers a bird’s-eye view of Vancouver’s coastal temperate rainforest. The Greenheart TreeWalk’s 310-metre-long aerial trail system hangs from huge Douglas firs, cedars and grand firs, allowing visitors to walk from platform to platform in the canopy. Take in the towering view at the peak, 23 metres above the forest floor.

Greenheart Canopy Walkway Iwokrama (2002)

Iwokrama Canopy Walkway was the first aluminum-based canopy walkway built by Greenheart that also employed the use of the “tree hugger” suspension system. The walkway is part of the 360,000 ha rainforest reserve and has been a focal point for visitors and researchers since opening in 2002.

Venice Beach, California (2013)

Greenheart in collaboration with the city of Los Angeles and members of the Venice Beach Community designed, built and operated a zip-line at the historic Venice Beach site in California. A portion of the ride proceeds went to the city to assist in maintaining the beach and funding was provided for community-based performance and youth recreation programs

Bootleg Canyon Flightlinez Boulder City Nevada (2008)

Greenheart established a unique series of Flightlinez that allow visitors to travel over 1.6 miles of minimum impact aerial trails as they experience this unique canyon environment along with breath-taking views of Lake Mead, the Eldorado Valley and Las Vegas. Flightlinez has also turned Bootleg Canyon Park into a ustainable and profitable public park that provides direct revenue for the City while allowing Greenheart to create and provide employment for over 20 members of the local community.

San Diego Wild Animal Park Flightlines (2009)

The Flightlines at the San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park allow visitors the chance to learn about the remarkable recovery of the California Condor and experience the thrill of flying over 3700 ft. across the open area exhibits.

Labadee Zipline, Haiti – Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Private Port (2007)

Greenheart designed, engineered, fabricated, shipped and installed the 800 metre long five line Flightlinez system at Labadee, Haiti. This system has been operating at 75% and above capacity since opening and remains one of the most profitable attractions owned by Royal Caribbean. Greenheart replaced the system cables this year and continues to provide equipment and service as an ongoing effort to support employment and opportunity in Haiti.

Amazon Cloud Forest Canopy Walkway Peru (2007)

Working with the Amazon Conservation Association with initial funding provided by the National Geographic Trust Greenheart designed and built a tower-based canopy walkway as part of a conservation strategy to promote and protect this unique habitat.

Eagle Viewing Tower – Sts’ailes Nation (2023)

Showcasing the world largest over winter Bald Eagle habitat in North America, the Eagle Viewing tower’s top viewing deck is located at 20 meters above the forest floor. The location selected is next to a healthy salmon spawning stream and is located in the traditional territory of the Sts’ailes First Nation and is part of the Nation’s Indigenous tourism initiative to promote and preserve their traditional territory and the Pacific Oceans salmon stronghold.

Nyungwe National Park Rwanda (2010)

Greenheart designed and built a canopy walkway that is contributing to a substantial increase in tourism to Nygunwe National Park as part of a biodiversity conservation strategy funded by USAID

Queen Elizabeth Park Zipline Vancouver (2015)

At the request of the Vancouver Park Board Greenheart designed, built and operated a zipline at Queen Elizabeth Park. The Zipline was designed to attract visitors and celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Park. The summer zipline attracted over 23,000 riders and raised $13,599 for local charities. Greenheart also designed and operated a free butterfly attraction at VanDusen Gardens to celebrate their 40th Anniversary.

Fremont Street Flightlinez, Las Vegas (2010)

Greenheart designed and built the world’s most successful urban zipline; which commenced when Greenheart approach the Fremont Street Experience (old Vegas) in 2010 and proposed the addition of a zipline to re-vitalize the original downtown. Fremont Street Flightlinez was approved by the City and Greenheart opened Flighltinez on Fremont in October of 2010. The first initiative was to run a charity event (100% of all revenue generated donated) for the Komen Foundation. Greenheart continued to run monthly charity events as well as re-vitalized Fremont Street making the zipline one of the most popular attractions and Fremont Street a must see destination in Las Vegas. Greenheart ran upwards of a million people over a 3 year period and was awarded Flightlinez Day by Mayor Goodman for their ongoing charitable work and commitment to he community.

Cougar Mountain (Whistler) (2004)

Greenheart approached Cougar Mountain with the goal of creating a world class zipline experience that would showcase the natural beauty of Whistler. The Cougar Mountain zipline was the first expansive system in Canada with a series of runs allowing visitors to fly year round across the valley and through the beautiful west coast forest. Cougar Mountain continues to offer one of the most scenic and exciting zipline.

Pelican Peak, St. Maarten (2019)

Designed and constructed with minimal environmental impact, the zipline is located steps from the cruise ship port with over 1M visitors.

Rock in Rio Las Vegas (2015)

Greenheart designed and operated a zipline in the Rock In Rio event grounds. Riders launched from an iconic tower and soared overhead of the crowds.
